ABSTRACS

This research has as main purpose toobserve the pedagogical situations that occur in the classroom at the level of creative thinking strategies, this takes place in the classes where the subject “Psycholy of Development” is taught and where the managerial practices and teacher leadership is described, the former analyze and interpret the meaning given by the students to the creative thinking strategies with the objective todetermine the managerial roles and teacher leadership based on a learning matter. Based on this, the orientating question was formulated, are the managerial professors and classroom leaders developing creative thinking strategies to improve the pedagogical level in the university? The conception of a qualitative paradigm and ethnographic method was assumed because it adopted an open and flexible structurewhich pretends to collect the most complete an accurate information that will function as a thorough study of cultural events, social phenomenon in the communities and groups, and because it’s been an interpretative effort to penetrate the intentions of the subject. The field work of the ethnographic study emphasized the used of interactive strategies. Such as a participant observation and theinterview with the provider of information. 09 observations were done in the classroom and 8 students were selected by the teacher as key providers of information. The process of data analysis was done through categorization and triangulation. The qualitative paradigm base don the constructivism conception proved that the managerial professors and leaders do not stimulate or improve the developmentof creative thinking strategies in their students.

INTRODUCCIÓN

En la investigación sobre estrategias de pensamiento creativo desarrolladas por el docente se escogió una opción epistemológica que está comenzando a reconocersecomo una metodología adecuada y pertinente para acercarse al conocimiento de la realidad social, mediante su comprensión e interpretación, que considera el proceso de intersubjetividad entre los sujetos como una fuente válida en la producción de conocimiento científico.

Inspirada en esta visión, la investigación desarrollada planteó como propósito observar las situaciones pedagógicas a nivelde las estrategias de pensamiento creativo en el salón de clases donde se imparte la asignatura “Psicología del Desarrollo” que describan las prácticas gerenciales y de liderazgo del docente en el aula, analizando e interpretando además el significado que le dan los estudiantes a esas estrategias de pensamiento creativo a fin de determinar el rol gerencial y de liderazgo del docente en el aula...
