Family Violence is one of the most common manifestations of the violence, around the world. This phenomenon exists in every level of our society and it is oneof the most important issues nowadays. CEPAL define Family Violence, like: all actions or omissions inflicted by one or various members of the family to other relatives, causing physical, psychoemotional, sexual economic or social injury. It is well know that women are more likely to suffer Family Violence, due to her condition of vulnerable sex, but for question of space in this paper weonly are going to give an overview about Family Violence and its components or main causes.

Why Family Violence exist? According to Backer , the evidence shows in poor families the propensity tosuffer Family violence is more common in stratas or blanches of the society than others, like: Low Education Level, Lack of Opportunities, to be poor is just enough. In fact many statisticsdemonstrates that Family violence is higher in home where incomes levels are less than other homes where the incomes levels are more significant. However in my opinion the real cause of this problem is theculture. I think this kind of violence as a result of our system, How? The belief that there are people more important than other, makes people think that they have the power and right to hit, abuseor kill someone else.

The Problematic of Family violence represents an important cost over the world, and it affects the health, economics, policy, and the social relationships. Women and children(People who are more common to suffer Violence) increase the risk to develop many different diseases, like: emotional disorder, depression, physical injured, and others. Also we have the economicsituation, government has to spend more money in specials programs to protect and help victims of Family Violence.
