4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables,drained
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Boil or steam the chicken breasts until done. Dice.
Mix together undiluted soup, canned vegetables, and diced chicken. Pourmixture into pie shell, and cover with the second crust. Crimp the edges, and make slits in the top crust.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.Ranch Chicken
2 c. Mild picante sauce
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Lime juice
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Skinless, bonelesschicken breasts
Preheat grill or broiler. Mix picante sauce, oil, and lime juice in a bowl. Add garlic, cumin, oregano, and salt; stir. Reserve 1 cup of marinade; set aside.
Piercechicken on both sides with a fork. Place chicken in a resalable plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken; squeeze air out of bag and seal tightly. Toss chicken to coat well. Refrigerate for about 5minutes, drain.
Grill chicken over medium heat, turning and basting frequently with 1/2 reserved marinade for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Heat remaining marinade and serve alongside chicken. RicePilaf makes a great partner.

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg, well beaten
4 ounces (1 stick) butter, melted, cooled
1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, beatenegg, and melted butter. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, and soda and stir into banana mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts.
