PROBLEM

The choice of creating a split arises from the observation of the state in which the city of Puebla is referring to the economic position of the inhabitants of this place, mainly in the area of Cholula, Puebla.

Now the problem is not the solution to create a home, but wewant to integrate a new lifestyle concept for people who purchase these homes, which will be minimalist.

Sustainability "is one that meets current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs" and do will be hard work but not impossible to overcome.

Using information collected about ways on how to care for the environment and do not affect the naturesolve the problem. Taking into account the views of the people that are in that area on what they think about the proposed "Sustainable Fractionation" looking smart irrigation systems for the care and preservation of green areas, rainwater recycling, water heaters saving solar power plants will make it possible.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

Sustainability in Architecture

Sustainablearchitecture is one that ensures the highest level of welfare and development of users and provide for appropriate action by the highest level of welfare and development of future generations, and also the maximum integration of the buildings in their natural environment.

The five principles that should be based Sustainable Architecture are:

* Optimization of resources and materials
*Reduction of energy consumption and use of renewable energy
* Reducing waste and emissions
* Reduced maintenance, operation and use of buildings and
* Improved quality of life for building occupants.

To carry out these principles, we will use out the above systems and also spread the culture of environmental care.

Before continuing, we must clarify the difference between whatis Sustainable Architecture Bioclimatic Architecture and not to confuse the systems used in the construction and maintenance of housing.

Bioclimatic architecture is responsible for analyzing the efficiency of energy within the home, from savings to consumption and production and collection of this through various systems depending on whether the type of energy to be considered.Sustainable Architecture considers the modes of production of the materials to be used, where they come from recycling of materials, the environmental cost of transport and positioning, etc., for optimum utilization of natural resources.

We will continue with the explanation of each system used for the creation of a sustainable minimal fractionation.
