The language is connected to a number of variables and parameters, one of themis sexual differentiation.
Equality between women and men is a fundamental right and a common value that ought to be expressed through language and communication.
In the late twentieth century therewas a rise in the use of neutral language in terms of gender in the Western countries, which is often attributed to the rise of feminism. But long time ago the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis had beencreated, which establishes a certain relationship between the language a person uses and how the person understands and conceptualizes the world.
The Sapir-Whorf hypothesis suggests that as we learn alanguage, our sense of reality is taking shape. Therefore, we teach our attitudes toward what is male or female, primarily through the process of learning a language.
Therefore, the language remains partof the culture, and the changes that occur in it tend to occur much later than other social changes.
Whether for one or another reason, the language began to reverse as a crosscutting activity tostart the process of internal equity and external organizations.

Communication and Gender
We can say that the distinction between sex and gender is that the first is based on innate physiologicalcharacters, while the second is the sum of cultural, psychological and social features.
If the limit of thought is the beginning of language, language and communications in general, determine genderrelations. On the other hand any news or communication is susceptible to analysis from a gender perspective. It is therefore logical that there is concern about how the treatment affects communicationused to both sexes.
