everything else. the goals you set, thedecisions you make,
the paradigms you have, the way you spend your time.

Mid-Range Goals

Mid Range Goals are more like pit-lines. This Goals should
be "context" goals. The term Contextreminds us that
personal leadership is not just having a long range view, it's
having broad-range understanding.

Weekly Goals

As you prepare to set your weekly goals, you must review
the missionstatement and the context goals to immediately
tap into “the connection”, and select a bite sized actionable
that will move you toward them. Step by Step.

How do I set a Goal?
1.- Be Specific: Usethe power of asking: What? Why? And How?
What?
What Do I desire to accomplish? What contributions I want to make? what is the end I have in mind? A
principle based what focuses on growth andcontribution. When we set goals that are in harmony with
conscience and the principles that create quality of life, we seek and find the best.
Why?
Why do I want to do it? Does my goal grow out of mymission? The why is the motivation, and the key of
motivation is Motive. If the goal is not connected to a deep why, it might be good, but it usually isn't best.
The stronger the connection, thestronger and more sustained the motivation.
How?
How am I going to do it? What are the key principles that will empower me to achieve my purpose?
