CLIMATE CHANGE AND ENERGY
Climate is the result of a circulatory system on a global scale, the movement of the air mass around the globe under the influence of solar radiation and the constantexchange with the ocean and ground in a very complex dynamic equilibrium, regulated by a series of factors whose influence only beginning to understand, and yet we are certain that we are altering thempermanently.

The unifying effect and global climate was seen as early as the last century. There was a sense that atmosphere and ocean have a role in global average temperature and of the energycoming from the Sun was somehow retained in the atmosphere.

Not much later (1861) was attributed to water vapor and carbon dioxide (CO2) is partial absorption, and even some scientists have come tospeculate that small changes in the proportion of these gases could have significant climate effects.
