1. Online business makes sellers and buyers better off. The flexibilitythat the internet gives to business allow sellers to increase their businesses easier and faster. Buyers can now buy any product cheaper and morecomfortably.
2. I guess since the dot-com bubble collapsed in 2000, investors have been more afraid on this kind of companies.
In the other hand, it firstlyhad a big boom because it was a new market sector that had to be developed. Now it is probably in it’s maximum expansion with our actual resources and othertechniques and technologies have to be developed to increase this market.
3. As I said, new technologies have to be developed. This is mainly to improvee-commerce in it’s three main weak points: Payment security, delivery speed and product reliability.
Payment security is not a very big concern. I thinkpaying online is very safe nowadays; but this can always be inmprove.
Logistics is also something that can always be improve, faster transportation is aneed of e-commerce.
Product reliability it’s a very important part of online business. Product reliability certificates would be a good thing to improve this.
