Mexico and Guatemala sign agreement migrant pro
CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (17/FEB/2011).-Mexico City (17/FEB/2011). Mexico and Guatemala Governments signed an agreement to improve cooperation in migration, derived from violations to the human rights of undocumented Central American in Mexican territory.
