1) IDENTIFY THE KNOWLEDGE ISSUE
The Mathematic science is becoming of greater importance in the modern life. It can be defined as a group of sciencesinvolving algebra, geometry and calculus which are related to the study of numbers, space and shape and their interrelationship using a specialized notation. Maths is used by scientists to launch newtheories. Moreover Mathematics can be divided in two groups Pure mathematics and Applied mathematics. Mathematicians consider that Applied mathematics can be apply to the real World. On the other hand,mathematicians suggest that Pure mathematics are focused on abstract ideas and the logical process that is followed in order to prove these ideas.


2) EXAMPLES OF REAL LIFE SITUATIONS : KNOWERSPERSPECTIVE

There is a discrepancy between different mathematics associated with the relationship amongst maths and reality and also when considering if the mathematical objects are real. There arethree groups that have different ideas regarding this issue. The first group, the Platonist, stated that mathematical object are real and they occur separately of the acknowledge we may have aboutthem. In addition his group believes that mathematicians discover the theories and the formulas. In contrast to this statement are the Formalists who believe that mathematicians created the formulas andobjects. The last group disagree we both theories, they believe that mathematics can only be obtained by a finite construction.

Formalists also believe that mathematics acquire a determined valuewhen its formulas and object are applied to the the physical world. An example of this case can be the study of geometry. On the other hand is Platonist state that maths is an empirical theory and ithas always existed whether is was discovered or not. In addition they suggest that mathematicians can't invent anythings because it’s already existing.
