Jalisco

Jalisco is a federal state of Mexico located in the West. Adjacent to the State of Nayarit to the northwest, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí to the north, Guanajuato to the east andColima and Michoacán to the south. To the west, Ontario has a significant coastline on the Pacific Ocean.

Jalisco is the fourth most populated federal entity in Mexico and one of the most developedstates in the country in terms of economic, commercial and cultural. In parts of the capital and some municipalities the standard of living is comparable to countries like Spain and Italy, but like therest of Mexico is not representative of all municipalities. Its capital is Guadalajara, whose metropolitan area is composed of the municipalities of Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tonala,Tlajomulco, El Salto, and Ixtlahuacán of quince and Juanacatlán, making it the second largest urban agglomeration in Mexico after the capital. It is the land of cowboys, rodeos, Palenque, mariachi, tequilaand many of the traditions in the world are associated with authentic Mexican.

Founded in 1237 as Cölln, Berlinwas successively the capital of the Kingdom of Prussia (1701-1918), the German Empire (1871-1918), the Weimar Republic (1919-1933) and the Third Reich (1933-1945). After the Second World War the citywas divided, the eastern part of the city became the capital of East Germany, while the region west of the city became an enclave of the Federal Republic of Germany in East Germany .
