Deaf-people-issue is not exclusive, orpathological-acquired-dimension; this characteristic is also found in any linguistic community. But in the last years the sign language systems have led many researchers to study the consequences from the sociolinguistic pointof view, involving the existence of possible differences between oral language communities and deaf language communities. Moreover, this fact has begun to awaken attention to finding how deafminorities are always formed by bilingual individuals in order to greater or lesser their language, this phenomenon happens because speakers of these communities are always in a permanent contact.

2. - Anew concept of Language: Sign language also called natural language. Especially used by deaf people in different countries around the world, not many years ago; is the right place where Linguisticshave found as objects of study and practice in their own training, of course this refers to the sign languages communities as a social phenomenon and as linguistics field which has not been explorecompletely yet; because of, in languages there is a lack of visual-partial-exploration and descriptive forms from their science.
If the formal object of linguistic is the language, it could say thatthe particular object are natural languages​​, namely linguistics have found the reason of why an spoken language contains: grammar, dictionaries and a new discourse analysis; discovering in thelanguage their interest and revealing linguistics in the structural properties of natural languages​​.
