Abstract
In this work, we wish to investigate the factors or variables that influence the decision of a person from committing a crime, as well as the reasons that lead to your subconscious fails to stop the criminal act. The study areas are within the field ofpsychology and sociology. Within what is psychology, it aims primarily to criminal psychology, forensic called that study the intrinsic mechanisms that lead a man to commit a crime and criminal sociology, a science that is still in gestation found in uncertainty. Its main objective is to understand and identify the causes of crime from the study and analysis of the individual to society.
Thepurpose of this paper is to refute false theories and hypotheses about the criminal and criminal acts that are based on the explanation and development of real cases exemplifying issue.
We note that there are false theories about the reasons that lead an individual to kill or rape. It is commonly believed that there may be no factors that affect the act, ie a person to do so simply because todo so. In reality behind criminal acts, from stealing to killing, there are thousands of causes that underlie this action.
The mind is the emerging phenomenon responsible for understanding, thinking, perception, emotion, memory, imagination, will and other cognitive skills. Within it, there are conscious and unconscious processes. The main reason that leads a person to commit a crime based onthe expression of one or more engrams. Engram can be defined as that which records all the perceptions of a person at a particular time of unconsciousness.
Some of the questions that this study aims are: What do you think a criminal? What do you really want a murderer in the act of killing, rape, etc..? What is the greatest way to reduce the number of murders and rapes? What can we do as asociety and as individuals each to reverse this situation?
Time and space to delimit the theme will be present, but will be taken to the modeling, real cases that occurred in the past.
The work is desarrallorá into four chapters: Chapter 1: How does the psyche? Chapter Two: Diseases psychopathic Chapter 3: causes that lead a person to commit a criminal act. Chapter 4: Case Studies: Casebarreda

Introducción
En el presente trabajo, se quiere investigar los factores o variables que inciden en la decisión de una persona de cometer un delito,así como también las razones que la llevan a que su subconsciente no logre frenar el acto delictivo. Las áreas de estudio serán dentro del campo de la psicología y la sociología. Dentro de lo que es la psicología, se apunta básicamente a la psicología criminal, denominada forense, que estudio de los mecanismos intrínsecos que llevan a un hombre a cometer un delito y la sociología criminal, unaciencia que se encuentra aun en gestación por encontrarse en incertidumbre. Su objetivo principal es la de que comprender y determinar las causas de un delito a partir del estudio y análisis del individuo con la sociedad.
El propósito de este trabajo es refutar falsas teorías e hipótesis sobre la menta criminal y los actos criminales que se tienen a partir de la explicación y el desarrollo...
