ACTIVIDAD 2: TYPES OF PERSONAL SELLING AND DISTANCE SELLING: Look up the bibliography and all the resources within your reach (notes, Internet...) and make an outline of thedifferent types of personal selling and distance selling that exist. Briefly explain each case. You should consult minimum three sources of information and cite them properly (argues your response).PERSONAL SELLING
Personal selling is a tool that allows direct communication with customers through the salesman.
Personal selling is the sale “face to face” with the customer: there is a directrelationship between salesman and customer.
Types of personal selling:
1. Depending on where the sale is made:
* Address the consumer.
* Establishment of the seller.
* Establishment of thebuyer.
* Other establishments (fairs, exhibitions, etc..).

2. According to the used form of communication: communication is done directly and personally. Normally, the communication is oraland is conducted face to face.

3. According to the activity that carries out the seller:
- Receiving orders: serving customers entering the establishment.
- Ordering: find buyers.
- Commercialvisit.

DISTANCE SELLING
Distance selling is made ​​without physical presence of the customer and salesman.
Types of distance selling:
- Sales by telephone (telemarketing): This type of saleis to initiate contact and close the sale on the phone.
- Sell Online: This type of sale is to sell products or services of the company on a website on and if the customer is interesting can makethe purchase "online".
- Mail Order: This type of sale is sending sales letters, brochures, catalogs, videos, CDs or product samples to potential customers by mail but it includes an "order form" tomake the purchase.
- Sale by Automatic Machines: the sale of products through a machine without personal contact between customer and salesman.
