Las incubadoras como sistema de desarrollo local

PERSPECTIVAS DE DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO LOCAL BASADO EN UN SISTEMA DE INCUBADORA DE EMPRESAS Y REDES SOCIALES

RESUMEN

The function of enterprise depends in these moments of a lot of critic factors, generated by the environment where the most representative impellers are the results of sociocultural, technologic, politics, economic, demographic, ecologic,competitive, etc, variables considered as not controlables from the enterprise point of view. Besides, it has some influence, at this moment in the performance and development of familiar groups as important parts in the structural conformation in order that a nation can exist, taking this to the formation of different groups that with their ideas generate knowledge to be able to make management thatbenefits all the people of the government. In the moment to pretend to manage, there are a lot of conflicts that result from different opinions and defenses of their own interests. It is here where some people receive benefits and others try to disappear socially, though they exist. This destroying virus to obtain and keep the power what it does is that most of the resources are badly administratedbringing poorness and destruction in the economic enterprisesal and social environment. However, in the

same way, that exist individuals with bad intentions in what is called “state apparatus”, at the sometime, there are project leadersthat by some way may contribute to sound this economic illness that involves us. It seem everything will end but sometimes the problems are disguised opportunities that can be profited since crisis bring important changes and help start new things and it is the point where many government leaders support “microemprendimientos” endorsed by Higher Education Institutions, enterprise and otherpressure groups, born from the identified problematic. Here is the place where people should reflexionate if it is better to go out of the country taking their talent and to contribute in the development of a country where they weren’t born or to utilize the intellectual richness and ingenious to help their country leave the crucial moments or storms generated by poor governments that exist.

O. INTRODUCCIÓN

Se plantea en el presente artículo un análisis de una nueva temática denominada “incubación de empresas y redes sociales” que siendo aplicadas de manera estratégica, contribuirán a la creación de nuevas empresas y desarrollo de las ya existentes. Esta temáticaha sido utilizada en muchos países industrializados donde ha servido de soporte para desarrollos locales o territoriales. En América Latina, actualmente se presenta una tendencia muy marcada para implementar este tipo de modelos impulsores de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico.

1. PYMES

Se denomina así a las pequeñas y medianas empresas que pueden surgir apartir de diferentes factoresinmersos dentro de un contexto caracterizado por la interrelación de estos en forma extrínseca e intrínseca; situación que debe ser visualizada por el emprendedor empresarial de una manera estratégica teniendo en cuenta de manera minuciosa los elementos positivos y negativos que con llevan al éxito o al fracaso de una empresa.

1.1 FORTALEZAS Y DEBILIDADES DE LAS PYMES
Se valora cada vez más el rolde las empresas sean pequeñas, medianas o grandes, en el sentido de cómo afrontan los periodos de crisis económica por la que vienen pasando. La mayoría de los países y en este caso Colombia donde la evolución socio-económica y competitiva que se vive exige elevar su nivel de innovación tecnológica en los diferentes subsistemas funcionales tendientes al mejoramiento continuo, contribuyendo así...
