NY Universal Laundromat Business Plan

December 2010 / EADA

UniversalLaundromat Inc. (ULI) aims to be a full-service, coin-op laundry service dedicated toconsistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering reliable machines and furnishing a clean, enjoyable atmosphere at a competitive price.

Placed in East Village, Manhattan (NYC), an upand coming neighbourhood, ULI distinguishes itself by adopting modern technology to conventional coin-operated laundry automats as well as providing an environment for mid and high-income youngprofessionals who do not own or have access to washing, drying and folding equipment in their apartments.

The unique features of this coin-op laundry facility are an email/SMS service to customersregarding the status of laundry in washing machines and dryers. In addition, the location will offer a café like experience with couches and couch chairs, wi-fi internet, coffee and sweet and savoury snackssuch as Blueberry Muffins.
