Leadership

Many bloody battles have been fought with the most intellectual leaders in charge. A leader is not someone who takes the easy path, instead, they go in the path they don't know and accept thechallenge it might bring. Leadership is the characteristic that appeals the most to me because I like to influence proper thoughts of others. In addition I enjoy taking the responsibility of being the leaderand knowing that If I mess up, I'm the one who will get the blame. It is a challenge that I always love to take.
In my mind I want to go down in history for doing something valuable, to berecognized as a great leader. There is nothing better than the fulfillment of the impact of somebody else's life in a positive way. Being a leader in my class, or in my baseball team , has truly changed mylife. The reason being is that when you posses the qualities of a leader, you have in your hands the chance of pursuing somebody else choices into good ones.
Communication is a key virtue of aleader. I think that makes it easier for myself as a leader. My ability to communicate with others abets me into knowing the situation and trying to aid them as best as I can. Another thing of myself is myability to gain people's respect, which I truly appreciate myself because they are letting me know that if I have something to say, they will listen to me without any doubt.
My parents have impactedmy life dramatically. The leadership of them have enabled me into becoming a strong human being. They have being a great example of always thinking positive even when the times get rough. They havetaught me lessons that have given me knowledge to never commit any of those mistakes. They are the ones whose values are passed into me because my parents were leaders to me. They guided my life in apositive way.
Leadership in my eyes is the most important matter to me. I cannot call myself a leader if I haven't done anything to help others. In life I'm always trying to aid others with any...
