INTRODUCCION

In this document I will explain the concept of my own business, as I am studying accountant and finance and I am a professional dancer I want toimprove my experience of both a create my own company in a no long future.
I will include the main objectives and the opportunities in the market place and also the main threats in the development of my business.
And Finally I will describe what kind of Information Technologies I am going to need and use for the correct performance of the company.

BUSINESS CONCEPT

Silver Dance, as I havedecided to call my company, will be an Academy of Dance, that will provide to the customers a place of recreation, relaxing and physical training.
The main reason to create this academy is to improve my knowledge as professional dancer and obviously as manager of an enterprise.
The idea of creating Silver Dance comes principally from my love for this sport as beautiful as it is the dance, becauseapart of being a way of taking care of the physical health, it is a way of expressing ideas and feelings.
Besides these benefits to the health, realizing this activity the social circles can grow considerably, since we know people of other places enriching a bit our culture.

VISION

Our short-term vision, is manage to consolidate ourselves as one of the best academies of dance, and thereforeto be one of the best alternatives in the branch, marking always our own style.
Our long term vision is to come out in the way as an academy of renown, with a supported growth, discovering and forging talents up to turning them into big winners.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission is to be a great alternative for all those that want to experience the pleasure of the dance, in all it styles andexpressions, inside an environment of freshness and joviality that keeps customers with a great motivation.
Our mission is directed to satisfy the demand from those that only feel some light worry for the dance, or simply want to make some exercise, up to passionate those that want to be trained professionally, always seeking to support at all time inside the high quality standards in the way.VALUES

We are conscious that the dance as recreation activity is a great opportunity for the familiar integration, for this reason, we support our activities, with familiar meetings, workshops, seminars and activities that they contribute to the strengthening of the family bows.
