INTRODUCTION:

The project will define one of the many tools in the world of logistics such as palletizing systems. Of the many industrial systems currently on the market a robotic system based onthe teams choose KRC-2 (KUKA- SYSTEM), which is the main objective of developing this project, and more specifically the four-axis robot for palletizing called KR 180-2 PA, the robots will beintegrated into the periphery of control via PLC (Telemecanique), in one of the companies for feeding for wich the robots are intended. Will be used the model TSX371028DTK of the industries "SchneiderElectric".
The process consist in europalets palletizing, sack content farm, these animals food manufacturers, conducted present their business and provide services for Agriculture and Livestock.OBJETIVE:

The objective of this project will automate the system palletized, by using a robot arm type KUKA Kr 180-2 PA intended for palletizing.
The operator will manage the installation, includingthe robot from the control elements integrated in the control cabinet without interfering in any time with the console programming.


BODY:


In the robots with four palletizing axes, the main armand parallel arm are plastic carbon fiber reinforced especially lightweight and sturdy. In these models, the flange wrist is parallel to the floor.
