The LS 2208-SR20291R differs from the standard in the following ways:
Allows programmability via the hostcomputer’s RS232 interface and bar code menu equivalent to the LS4004-E075. (Refer to the LS4004-E075 Special Operating Instructions, p/n 73-16171-075.) The new extended length range of Code 128 is 1- 32. (The standard length range of Code 128 is 6 - 32.) Custom code ID ‘g’ was added to Code 93. The scanner accepts new commands and performs the actions specified in the table below. CommandDC

All other symbologies are disabled.
A new parameter allows Intellistand mode to be enabled and disabled when the scanner is placed in a scan stand. The default is disable Intellistand. Scan a bar code below toenable and disable Intellistand mode.
