The purpose of the information contained in this presentation, is to show the success of our initial store and to attract possible investors interested in replicate our model in other locations under the franchise model.

Executive Summary The purpose of this business plan is to provide the most important information to open a Latin America Fast Food Store franchise in Orlando, Florida under the Mapily Catering name.
The franchiser, "Mapily Catering Inc.," is one of the fastestpromising franchises in North America due that the Latin America Patties has gained worldwide popularity, both as a delicacy and a fast food. Sales in the first year of operations topped $100,000 in its first store. The shop is positioned like a Latin America Snack-Food store targeting customers that want tasty food in an informal, warm and friendly atmosphere. This segment of the market is attunedto the health benefits of our baked patties and the different flavor of our fritters. Based in the daily experience we have in our store, our customers are paying the fair price of our products without any objection. Our goal is to be tasty choice at fair prices in the Orlando Metro area. To succeed with our goal, we will sponsor local events. We will build roots into the community. We will alsomarket our products with advertising in local businesses, to local hotels, and offer catering services through our stores.
