PLANNING of METROLOGY and TESTING LABORATORIES

This brochure was written at the request of the OIMLDevelopment Council with the aim of guiding national organisations which intend to establish new laboratories for metrology. As many such organisations, to a more or less extent, may deal with testing of products and materials it also briefly treats problems affecting the planning of premises for such activities and their links with the metrology laboratories.
