GESTION INSTITUCIONAL Y ESTRATEGIAS DE LECTURA EN EL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE DE LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DEL NIVEL PRIMARIA DISTRITO DE MIRAFLORES - AREQUIPA, 2013

La presente Monografía titulada “GESTION INSTITUCIONAL Y ESTRATEGIAS DE LECTURA EN EL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE DE LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DEL NIVEL PRIMARIO DEL DISTRITO DE MIRAFLORES - AREQUIPA, 2013”, tiene el propósito de establecer la relación entre estas dos importantes variables queresponde a conocer la respectiva problemática
Se trata de una investigación de campo de tipo explicativo, donde se establece la relación directa entre la Gestión institucional y las estrategias de lectura en el desempeño del docente de las instituciones educativas del nivel Primario del distrito de Miraflores y al mismo tiempo corresponde a un diseño descriptivo correlacional
Nuestrahipótesis que nos planteamos fue, si se lleva a cabo una buena gestión institucional con estrategias de lectura entonces el desempeño de los docentes de las instituciones educativas del nivel Primaria del distrito de Miraflores será exitosa
La metodología de la investigación fue cuantitativa, debido a que se trató de varias instituciones educativas donde se estudió la gestión institucional conestrategias de lectura, llevada bajo la responsabilidad de los directores y a su vez el desempeño de los docentes en su gestión técnico pedagógico. Se utilizaron dos tipos de técnicas para cada variable, para la Gestión institucional se utilizó la encuesta, mientras para el desempeño docente se aplicó una ficha de observación, siendo los instrumentos, un cuestionario y una ficha de evaluaciónLa investigación nos llevó a la conclusión que existe una variación de la gestión institucional con estrategia de lectura con el desempeño del docente en las diferentes instituciones educativas en el distrito de Miraflores.

Our hypothesis we asked was, if carried out an institutional governance then the performance of teachers of primary level educational institutions in the district of Miraflores be successful
The research methodology was quantitative, because it wasseveral educational institutions where institutional management studied carried the responsibility of the directors and in turn the performance of teachers in teaching technical management. We used two types of techniques for each variable for institutional management survey was used, while for teacher performance was applied observation sheet, with the instruments, a questionnaire and evaluationform
The research led to the conclusion that there is a change in corporate management with the performance of teachers in different educational institutions in the district of Miraflores.
