NUTRIOLOGIST
One day I started thinking on what I am going to do with my future what kind of career was the best for me. How can I help the society and something come out in my head a bright idea.I have always been interested in the obesity a round the world and why the people start go gain weight so easily. That is why the career was best for me is nutriologist.
In our world there is alwaysa big fight between gaining weight and losing weight, we think that having a good shape is the best thing in this world, but in reality having an optimum weight is the support of our health, and thenhaving a good health is the main thing in our life. Obesity is a high risk to have danger diseases.
Unfortunately in our country we have a high percentage of obesity because it is easy for us buyfast food than taking time to prepare food ourselves or sometimes we do not have time to do exercise and burn the calories that we have eaten during the day. Another thing which is a big problem in thefast food restaurants is that a “regular” portion can be doubled for only a few cents, leading to people consuming more calories than only the ones we need.
I have chosen to be nutriologist becauseI think that I can help the society to show them the right way of eating, a lot of people think that starving is the solution to loosing weight but is not, everyone can eat everything but in smallportion, unfortunately the society does not have the information they need feed adequately.
Something that I would like in the schools to do is to have healthy food options and reduce the junk foodbecause the schools are second home for students. And for the fast food restaurants I would like them to have more healthy options to help the people reduce the calories they eat in those restaurants.Being a nutriologist makes me feel that I could help the people to improve their lives and reduce the risk of having those horrible diseases, like diabetes and heart diseases. Sadly our young kids...
