Approaches in search of a pedagogy of oblivion This paper presents an overview of oblivion as inherent human reality, trying to highlight the role of forgetting in the teaching practice. As a result of this exercise is thegreat paradox of forgetfulness in education: Oblivion has been forgotten. From this premise the authors develop a journey in search of the traces left by the neglect in teaching the subject, based on the theoretical corpus on the matter is in the art and mythology, and reading some stories categorial pedagogica l narrated that serve as the foundation to investigate the role of forgetting in theeducational action. Since the contract between the findings of educational stories told and the existing theoretical framework, it weaves a narrative that attempts to demonstrate what the major omissions of teachers were. Finally an outline of a conclusion that there is certain urgency, oblivion claims its place in pedagogy.
