You want to create a report taht shows all closed ticket for an agent
for a specific time frame.

(public)Per default no agents or customers can be selected when a report is
generated with the stats module. We have to turn on this feature first:

1. Login as OTRS admin.
2. Go to the admin area and open the SysConfig section.
3. Select theFrameWork" group and then the subgroup
"Frontend::Agent::Stats".
4. Activate the last two configparams on this site
(Stats::UseAgentElementInStats and
Stats::CustomerIDAsMultiSelect) via the checkbox andset
both configparams to "Yes".
5. Update your system configuration via the "Update" button.

Now agent and customer user information can be used in reports.
To create a report that shows allclosed tickets for a specific agent
perform the following steps:

1. Click the "Stats" link in the main menu of OTRS.
2. Click the "New" link to create a new report. Now you'll be
guided through foursteps to create a new report:

The first section asks for general settings for your new
report. You can specify a name, a description and the
output format for example.

element that should be used on the X-axis of yourreport. Select "Close Time" and a value, e.g. day(s).
Also set the time range that should be scanned for
closed tickets, e.g. between 09.01.2007 and
09.30.2007. Do not set a time range which is to big,...
