The PeerBox Mobile Beta version is a pre-release version and is distributed solely for testingpurposes. Downloading music from peer-to-peer networks is not available in this Beta release and will be enabled soon. Nareos does not endorse nor condone the sharing of copyrighted materials. Nareosshall not be liable for any unlawful use of the Software. PeerBox Mobile™ incorporates an Audio Fingerprinting component to recognize copyrighted content and collect payments for it. The component iscurrently being integrated and will be available in an upcoming release of PeerBox Mobile™.

Your Rights/Obligations
You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble theSoftware or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works therefrom. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your own risk and thatthe Software is provided "as is" without any warranties or conditions whatsoever.
