Has a very serious but common disease called cardiovascular disease also known as thrombosis.
The blood from the heart travels from the left side of the heart and is rich inoxygen. It travels via arteries of ever-decreasing size till it reaches the narrowest of arteries called capillaries in all the organs and parts of the body. Having delivered its oxygen and nutrientsand having collected waste products, blood are brought back to the right side of the heart through a system of progressively enlarging veins. This is called the circulatory system or thecardiovascular system and is vital for living. This disease consists in thrombus which is a blood clot formed when there is an imbalance in the blood coagulation system. A thrombus can block the flow of bloodthrough a vein or artery, and can detach from the vessel wall to become a life-threatening symbol when it lodges in the lungs or other vital organs.
