Información que normalmente se emite una sola vez: cartas, faxes, actas de reunión, e-mails y hojas de transmisión

Información relacionada con el contenido técnico o comercial del proyecto, que tras su primera emisión suele tener que actualizarse en la forma de revisiones, a lo largo de la vida del proyecto.
