Primark is a subsidiary company of Associated British Foods. These store is a major low price clothing fashion store that sells wome’s, men’s and children’s wear. Primark was founded in1969 with the name of “Penneys”. Primark has stores across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Holland and Belgium an employs over 70 000 people across the globe. The objective of thiscompany is to have lower costs in their products. That is why they source clothes from countries like China, Bangladesh, India and Vietnam, there the material costs are lower. This company sharesimportant values that provide ethical dimension to its activities.
