Application The activity of the cyclin/cdk complex is regulated by several kinaseinhibitors, including members of the INK4 family of proteins. These include p15, p16, p18 and p19 or INK4B, INK4A, INK4C and INK4D respectively. Each of these family members is characterised by thepresence of a repeated 32 amino acid ankyrin motif.
