2. RESUMEN
Durante la primera reunión del grupo, se puso en consideración varias alternativas de carencias y necesidades, que podrían facilitar el desarrollo de la investigación correspondiente al décimo modulo de la Carrera de Administración de Empresas, obteniendo un listado de tres ubicaciones a las cuales se consideró la más probable para realizar el proyecto de inversión de unaempresa a la ciudad de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, por los resultados tener una mayor población económicamente activa y con economía superior a las demás áreas investigadas.
Posteriormente se indago el tipo de producto que no estaba siendo explotado en la zona, mediante una encuesta planteada a sus habitantes, con la intención de estudiar el mercado antes de dar inicio a la elaboracióndel proyecto de inversión para la formación de una nueva empresa, que tenga la oportunidad de cubrir aquella demanda insatisfecha del mercado.
Cumpliendo con lo requerido en la parte investigativa, nos dedicamos a indagar lo referente al estudio técnico del proyecto, para su determinar su localización y tamaño de la empresa a instalar, como también el estudio administrativo,estructural y financiero del proyecto.
Al igual que en las demás investigaciones, se procedió a realizar los análisis financieros correspondientes, con el despeje de formulas e índices financieros, cuyos resultados nos dio una perspectiva amplia sobre las diferencias de Tasas, Porcentaje de variaciones y sensibilidad del proyecto, demostrando con sus resultados si el proyecto es brinda laoportunidad de invertir. Considerando a la creación de muebles de bambú como una empresa que puedan producir y comercializar estos productos en la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.
En conclusión esta investigación nos ha permitido, crecer como personas y por ende como profesionalmente en la Carrera de Administración de Empresas, siendo la misma una experiencia gratificante para elgrupo de investigación puesto a que nos ha brindado la oportunidad de tener conocimiento científico ejecutado en el campo de investigación.
2. SUMMARY

Fulfilling that required in the investigative part, we are devoted to investigate the with respect to thetechnical study of the project, for their to determine their localization and size of the company to install, as well as the administrative, structural and financial study of the project.
The same as in the other investigations, you proceeded to carry out the corresponding financial analyses, with the clearance of you formulate and financial indexes whose results gave us a perspective wide envelopethe differences of Rates, Percentage of variations and sensibility of the project, demonstrating with their results if the project is it offers the opportunity to invest. Considering to the creation of bamboo furniture like a company that can take place and to market these products in the county of Sacred Domingo of the Tsáchilas.
