To Whom It May Concern:

This advisory opinion letter is written in regards to P-1 classification of Chilean citizen Diego Vargas as an internationally recognized athlete.Skatepark of Tampa is dedicated to skateboarding. Founded in 1993 during skateboarding's dark years. Over the years Skatepark has become world-renowned for it's "for skateboarders, byskateboarders" events, specifically Tampa Am and Tampa Pro. Here at Skatepark of Tampa/SPoTlight Productions/Tampa Am Series we are responsible for orchestrating skateboard events all around the world and basedon our continued involvement in the sport, are familiar with all of the leading competitions. We would like to formally invite Diego Vargas to participate in our events. He is an asset to what we dohere at Skatepark of Tampa/SPoTlight Productions/Tampa Am Series.

We recognize Diego Vargas as a potential top amateur skateboarder in the skateboard industry. He has demonstrated his talents andhas set himself apart in the skateboard world. Also, he has had worked on getting us extensive coverage.
