Resumen Ejecutivo.

El presente documento corresponde al ramo “Taller Integrado de Gestión”, el que considera la elaboración de uninforme que describe el proceso para el desarrollo de la planificación y programación en la implantación de un sistema de gestión integrada para toda una empresa.
El objetivo del informe es presentar “Implantación de un sistema de gestión integrada para toda una empresa”, que considera los siguientes aspectos: La empresa modelo a la cual se le implementara él sistema, el análisis numérico ycálculos involucrados en el desarrollo de la “malla pert” y la “carta gantt”, además, contempla la elaboración de los estándares de índices de control, variables relevantes con el objetivo de medir la performance del sistema.
Además, establece la política del sistema y se a listan las actividades a desarrollar con fechas de inicio y término, tiempo de duración, responsable a cargo y objetivos acumplir y por último se realiza un análisis que se deben listar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, necesarios para el desarrollo de la gestión.
El Informe tiene la siguiente estructura: Tapa, Resumen Ejecutivo, Abstract (Resumen en inglés), Índice, Introducción, Planteamiento del Problema, Objetivos Generales y Específicos, Marco Teórico, Desarrollo del informe, Conclusiones,Bibliografía y Apéndice.

Abstract.

The present document corresponds to the branch "Integrated Workshop of Management", which he considers to be the production of a report that describes the process for the development of the planning and programming in the implantation of a system of management integrated for the whole company.
The aim of the report is to present "Implantation of a system ofmanagement integrated for the whole company", which he considers to be the following aspects: The company I shape whom was implementing he system, the numerical analysis and calculations involved in the development of the "mesh pert" and the "letter gantt", in addition, contemplates the production of the standards of indexes of control, relevant variables with the aim to measure the performance of thesystem.
In addition, it establishes the politics of the system and to they list the activities to develop with from dates and term, time of duration, person in charge to post and objective to expire and finally there is realized an analysis that there must list the human, resources material and financial, necessary for the development of the management.
The Report has the following structure: Lid,Executive Summary, Abstract (They Summarize in English), Index, Introduction, Exposition of the Problem, General and Specific Aims, Marco Teórico, Development of the report, Conclusions, Bibliography and Appendix.
