PositionSummary Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, workingwith employees and managers to address root causes of human resourcesissues. Resolves employee relations issues through asystematicapproach. Assists senior management in the development of solutionsthrough cultural and process perspective organizational development.Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives.Selects,develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation ofthe function.JOB COMPLEXITYWorks on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situation or datarequires review ofrelevant factors. Exercises judgment within definedprocedures and policies to determine appropriate action.SUPERVISIONProvides direct supervision to professional individual contributorsand/or skilledsupport individual contributors. Acts as advisor to teamand may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules andresolve problems.EXPERIENCETypically requires a minimum of 2 years managementexperience.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLDeveloping supervisory expertise. Applies company policies andprocedures to resolve variety of issues.SCOPEReceives assignments in the form of objectives with goals andtheprocess by which to meet goals.
