1. The chapter stressed the idea that project management is a “leader – intensive” undertaking. Discuss in what sense this statement is true.
* Itis true that PM has a center role in the development of a project and a group of persons, who can take place as situational leader according the project necessities and requirements, limited by theestablished time planned, budget and quality control offered to the clients interested. This leadership allows the team members to be motivated at their highest level; goal oriented and alwaysaccomplishing objectives and goals focused in innovating and improvements.

2. How do the duties of project managers reinforce the role of leadership?
* Managers are often those who were best able tocreate the partnership between their teams, are the one who leads to plan, organize, direct and control the behaviors of others. They also focus in administration and organizations of the project andseek efficiency. The also have the following characteristics:
* Develop plans and objectives.
* Goal oriented
* Takes corrective actions.
* Prevents.
* Solvetechnical issues.
* Innovates and capable to adapt.

3. What are some keys differences between leaders and managers?
