WARRANTY

FRAN gives the following warranty for all its products, in the following tems:

Repairing or exchanging the unit in case of any malfunction due to material defects or faultyworkmanship, during a period of 12 months after the sale or 30 days after a reposition, if and when FRAN is notified in writing as soon as the defect is manifested and that this notification is done within thiswarranty period.

FRAN does not accept any responsibility resulting from any direct or indirect damage resulting from said defect, nor will accept any responsibility for any problem due to designs,materials, or manufacturing processes due not elaborated or supplied by FRAN or personnel authorized in writing by FRAN.

CONDITIONS

FRAN will not accept any charges arising from repairs or anykind of work done by the customer to correct any defect, unless accepted by FRAN in writing.
FRAN does not guarantee the repair or reposition of any of the products it manufactures, when the defect isdue to a wrong application, abuse, improper selection, or inappropiate storage, installation or operation.

FRAN does not accept any responsibility due to typographical errors in its catalogs.Certified drawings will be supplied upon request.

All repairs, whether by warranty or not, will take place in our facilities located in:

This warranty is void in the following cases:

1.- If the unit not operated according to the operation manual.
2.- If the unit is set to work in a positiondifferent from the one requested in the customer’s purchase order.
3.- If the warning labels were not paid attention to.
4.- If the unit has suffered damage that is considered heavy, irreparable or inessential parts, due to causes that can be attributed to the user.
5.- If any person, not working for FRAN, has opened or tried to repair the unit without written consent from FRAN.
