RESUMEN
Objetivo: describir el nivel de satisfacción del paciente post operado frente a los cuidados de
enfermería en el Servicio de Cirugía del Hospital Tingo María. Métodos: se realizó un estudio
descriptivo con una población muestral de 47 pacientes post operados hospitalizados en el
Hospital de Tingo María del departamento de Huánuco, durante el 2011. Los instrumentos derecolección de datos fueron: guía de entrevista sociodemográfica, ficha documental, y la encuesta
de satisfacción con los cuidados de enfermería. Se aplicó la estadística descriptiva con las
medidas de tendencia central y de dispersión, cuya significancia se basó a un nivel p ≤ 0.05;
apoyados mediante el SPSS V .19. Resultados: las dimensiones de la satisfacción percibida por
los pacientes postoperados frente a los cuidados de en fermería, que más sobresalieron fue: la
satisfacción con el tratamiento integral de enfermería y la prevención de riesgos en un 25,5%(12),
un 61,7% (10) mostró mediana satisfacción con las necesidades fisiológicas y el 59,6% (28) refirió
insatisfacción con la accesibilidad a los servicios de enfermería. De manera global, el nivel de
satisfacción por loscuidados de enfermería durante el post operatorio, evidenció mediana
satisfacción [51% (24)], seguido del 32%(15) de pacientes insatisfechos y 17% (8) de pacientes
satisfechos, del mismo modo, los cuidados de enfermería, durante el post operatorio, percibido por
la población muestral en estudio, fueron de nivel regular [47% (22)]. Conclusiones: existe
mediana satisfacción percibida, frente alnivel regular de cuidados post operatorios que brinda el
profesional de enfermería.

ABSTRACT
Objective: to describe to the level of satisfaction of the patient post operate d against the cares of
infirmary in the Service of Surgery of the Tingo Hospital Maria. Methods: a descriptive study with apopulation was realised sample of 47 operated patients post hospitalized in the Hospital of Tingo
Maria of the department of Huánuco , during the 2011. The instruments of data collection were:
guide of sociodemographic interview, documentary card, and the survey of satisfaction with the
cares of infirmary. The descriptive statistic with the measures of central tendency and dispersion
wasapplied, whose significance was based at a level p ≤ 0.05; supported by means of the SPSS
V.19. Results: the dimensions of the satisfaction perceived by the operated patients post against
the cares of infirmary, that excelled more was: the satisfaction w ith the integral treatment of
infirmary and the prevention of risks in a 25.5% (12), a 61.7% (10) showed to median satisfaction
with thephysiological needs and 59.6% (28) referred dissatisfaction with the accessibility to the
services of infirmary. Of global way, the level of satisfaction by the cares of infirmary during post
operating, demonstrated median satisfaction [51% (24)], followed of 32% (15) of unsatisfied
patients and 17% (8) of patients satisfied, in the same way, the cares of infirmary, during post
operating, perceived bythe population sample in study, were of regular level [47% (22)].
Conclusions: median exists perceived satisfaction, in front of the regular level of taken care of post
operating that the infirmary professional offers.
