50g cooked diced potatoes
50g of grated Dubliner cheese
40g of cooked shrimp
10g chopped chives
20g of Kerrygold Irish Butter
SaxaWhite Pepper

Chop the tomato into small cubes,
Beat the eggs, season with pepper
In a large pan, melt the butter
Add the Potato and Shrimpand cook for 2 minutes
Add eggs and let cook for a few minutes
Add tomato and grated cheese
Finish under the grill
Garnish with chivesServe with homemade brownbread and butter.

In amedium bowl, fold sour cream and unprepared pudding mix into the whipped topping. 2. Cut the cake into thirds, horizontally. 3. Line a large trifle or otherglass serving bowl with kiwi and strawberry slices, reserving two whole strawberries and two kiwi slices. Place one layer of cake in bottom of bowl, top with 1/3 ofbananas and pineapple, and 1/3 of whipped topping mixture. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. 4.
