VISTOS:el Decreto Ley Nº 3.607, de 1981, sus reglamentos y leyes complementarias, que otorgan a esta Dirección General la potestad fiscalizadora sobre la seguridad privada marítimo-portuaria; RESUELVO: 1.PONESE EN VIGENCIA, a contar de esta fecha, el "Manual de Capacitación de Personal de Seguridad Privada Marítimo-Portuaria". 2.AUTORIZASE la venta a los interesados.

3.ANOTESE y comuníquese a quienescorresponda, para su aplicación y cumplimiento.

10101. D.L. Nº 3.607/1981 Artículo 1º Inciso 3º. Tratándose de entidades ubicadas en recintos portuarios, aeropuertos u otros espacios sometidos al control de la autoridad militar, marítima o aeronáutica, las atribuciones que se otorgan en el presente decreto ley a Carabineros de Chile serán ejercidas por la autoridad institucional quecorresponda.

Las entidades que cuenten con servicio de vigilantes privados deberán capacitarlos para el cumplimiento de sus funciones específicas, en materias inherentes a su especialidad, cuando así lo disponga la respectiva Autoridad Marítima, con arreglo a los estudios de seguridad previamente aprobados.
