ARGUMENTOS SOBRE EL ESTADO DE BIENESTAR

RESUMEN
Uno de los grandes logros y aportes a la humanidad por partede la civilización europea, fue el
desarrollo e implementación del Estado de Bienestar. Hasta hoy dia, son muchas las naciones
del mundo las que han adoptado y tratado de imitar lo acaecido en la Europa de la postguerra.
El proposito de esta investigación es comprender sus origenes, características, tipos, objetivos,
su legitimidad y momentos de crisis, así como tambien su futuro y loconcerniente al Estado de
Bienestar en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Esta investigación esta enfocada en el
paradigma cualitativo, fenomenológico e interpretativo. Como alternativa al capitalismo radical
nace el Estado de Bienestar a fin de desarrollar políticas sociales con la finalidad de garantizar
un adecuado nivel de desarrollo humano. Su permanencia esta vinculada con las condicionessocio-políticas del momento histórico-económico. En la República Bolivariana de Venezuela
existen constitucionalmente acertados pilares de Estado Bienestar.

ABSTRACT
One of the great achievements and contributions to humanity by the European civilization was
the development andimplementation of the welfare state. Until today are many of the nations of
the world that have adopted and tried to emulate what happened in the post-war Europe. The
porpuse of this research is to understand its origins, characteristics, types, objectives, legitimacy
and moments of crisis, as well as their future and the concerning of the welfare state in the
Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Thisresearch is focused on the qualitative and interpretative
phenomenological paradigm. As an alternative to capitalism is born the welfare state to develop
social policies in order to ensure an adequate leve of human development. Its permanence is
linked with the socio-political conditions and the economic and historical-time. In the Bolivarian
Republic of Venezuela has constitutionally accuratepillars of the welfare state.
