There are lots of theorist who have created several concepts and models with the purpose ofdefine the different ways how the people learn. One of the most important authors is Kolb, he propose four different learning styles. The first style of learners is calleddiverges who use to use the experience, imagination and observation to look at things from different perspectives. The second style is assimilator, they prefer to learn in aform clear and concise, after come up the converges, these kinds of learners are better taking the best decisions and show interesting in practical issues and finally theAccommodators who tend to act more by intuition than logical analyze. Despite humans have preferences in their best learning styles, it does not mean we have to approach onesingle method, we learn a combination of several ways. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of our own learning styles, is helpful at the moment when choosing and implementthe strategies and methods of study.
To conclude we can say, that he fact that each learner recognize her o his learning style can lead they to maximize, develop and adoptthe strategies, and more effective habits which can get improve our own way of learning and make it more effective studying not only independently but also as group.
