Introduction
This work presents the results of a study thatwas examined in depth, and the principal objective of this investigation is to recognize the social obstacles that students have in learning process, mostly in rural areas like Santa Rita.
Not only but also the survey was a great tool to evaluate the living and study conditions that students have in rural areas, since a major part of the teenagers that filled out our poll were the ones that livein inhabitant areas and they were the key to develop this work.
To get a better concept of this investigation; we included four chapters which address a general order to understand the social obstacles that students have around their studies. In this work we are trying to present the learning problems that this kids live everyday and at the same time we are giving solutions on to deal with thiskind of problems.
General objective:
1- To recognize the social obstacles that Santa Rita high school students have in learning process.
Specific objectives:
- To determine who or which causes difficulties in learning process of the students from seven grade of Santa Rita high school.
- To indentify the social consequences in high school students that affect their learningprocess.
- To provide some recommendations to deal with these problems.
Justification
This research paper is made in order to determine the problems that students have in learning process, and try to avoid them in the near future. Sometimes we could hear parents saying that there are bad teachers and don’t know how to teach, but the reality is that is not just the teacher, there are lotsof causes that makes a student to have a slow learning process like society, environment, emotions and others, that make education almost impossible for students.
The problems that teenagers have in their homes, disability problems, and long distances to get to the school, weather conditions, economical problems, physiological abuse, and issues with their classmates are just a part of the bigproblem, since lots of teenagers have to face this everyday and that can interfere with their learning process. We know that this kind of problems can be something normal in a student’s life with the time; that’s why it’s so important to identify learning problems in our communities, and make changes for good, in order to have a high-quality education and a better quality of life for students ingeneral.
Antecedents
The Santa Cruz University makes an investigation about the learning situation that students have faced about all their learning process; it was make on 2007 year and survey result awesome because academic performance issues were second most common.
It institution makes solutions for facing the problems that students have faced duringtheir lives as pupils.
As will be mention in theorical framework; Carol Ann Tomilson, was a teacher with a big course, she makes an investigation when responding to need of all learners; she likes help the students mostly with disabilities because those students are who need most help and attention.
