• MERCADOS DE CAPITAL E INTERMEDIARIOS FINANCIEROS. Elárea de mercados de capitales e intermediarios explora la decisión de financiamiento de la compañía desde otro punto de vista, el de un tercero. Esta área es la de un mediador que facilita lastransacciones entre los inversionistas y las corporaciones. Los mercados de capital son mercados en los que se compran y venden valores(activos) financieros, como acciones y bonos.
