BAJA CALIFORNIA SUR
Located in northwest Mexico on the southern part of the Baja California Peninsula, this is a region where the desert meets the sea, allowing you totake in breathtaking scenery.
Why is it an interesting place?
Los Cabos (The Capes) is one of Mexico’s most beautiful and exclusive destinations. It lies on the southernmost tip of the BajaCalifornia Peninsula, 220 kilometers (136 miles) south of La Paz. The climate is warm throughout most of the year, with an average temperature of 26º C (79º F).
How can you get there?

By land:
Take Hwy Transpeninsular Number 1, which runs from Tijuana to Los Cabos.
By air:

The LosCabos International Airport is home to a large number of airlines, being the same very convenient to major U.S. airports as well as major airports in Mexico.

Take a ferry across the Sea ofCortez from the ports of Topolobampo and Mazatlan, Sinaloa, to the port of La Paz. From there, you can travel by bus to Los Cabos.
