Order Requirements:
A $200 minimum applies to all orders. For each order, please include: company name, contact person, phone number and email address as well as PO #,Buyers Signature, Cancellation Date (if applicable). Orders may be emailed to john@aclingeriedistributors.com or faxed to 303-858-8223.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa or Master Card. Yourcredit card will be charged at time of shipping.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Possession of the wholesale information does not constitute an offer. Manufacturer SuggestedRetail Price (Retail Price) is not to be discounted for non-discontinued/active items.
Back Orders:
Backordered items will be shipped as they become available from the manufacturer, unlessotherwise advised. Back orders will include shipping charges. Partial shipments will not be considered a valid reason for returns.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled no less than four weeks prior toshipping date by providing written notice.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Highlands Ranch, Colorado. All domestic shipments will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS)or United Parcel Service (UPS) at shipper’s discretion. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. No deductions are allowed for freight charges. Orders may be subject to anadditional insurance fee.
Refused Shipments:
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. A 15% restocking and handling fee will apply.
