Women Changes
The role of the women in our society has changedsignificantly during the last forty years in Spain and other countries in the world. Women and girls have many more opportunitties and faces differents challenges.
Women whohave a great stature in goverment, women doing sports, and working at the media become a familiar sight , something that many decades ago was unbeliable.
Many things have changedin women lifes, their jobs and occupations, their salary and wages, their average age at marriage, the number of children they have, their relationships with men, role inpolitics, their finances, the laws affecting women in particular such as anti-discrimination and affirmative action laws, sexual harassment laws, the right to vote, their forming organizationsto fight for their rights, their victimization as the subjects of violence against women…
However the emancipation of woman has made many changes in society. The traditionalrole of woman in family turned to the woman to reach the equal position as man in society so many married women now work and they are not at home to care for the children. That factcreate new problems in the society, like key ring child, ( child who have the keys of his house too early), and delincuency because of the absenteeism of his parents.
Women win their actualpossition with hard work and patient , but it is not in all the world in other countries women are treat like a dog, they are still discriminated by men, their societies...
