It is not easy to detail in all lines surrounding the "teamwork." In any case, is an exercise that challenges the ability ofsynthesis. And this is certainly a complex figure by the number of variables that influence, practically inaccessible because of its size in both developing and alternative fields of application, and, like anyorganizational entity, subject to the law of constant change.

And I understand that traffic related to this figure must be coordinated, and also to make more bearable this analysis, appearstaggered in reading the three states of traffic lights. I hope that this figure of speech input and help to position certain mindset by overcoming the unthinking view of the profane and even the logic ofinterested imagination.

RED LIGHT

Yes, you have to stop because the situation is already untenable: the discourse of "teamwork" can not continue. Everyone talks about "teamwork" and ... we muststop now, because confusion is unfortunately the common denominator of this rich activity. It's time to at least question many speeches, many implementation projects and further training programs, whichabound in this denomination in the world of organizations and institutions.

And ... what has been possible to reach this situation? Because the term "teamwork" sounds good, generates positivefeelings, in short, sell ... And that is why many managers, professionals, or even institutions such as the recent case of the Ministry of Equality, align themselves to convey messages of high socialimpact, with strong effects of cultural amplification. But ... what is the cause of much interest dump on teamwork? it has always been: to sell at all costs, showing an attractive package, but the contentdoes pot exist or is different from expectations.
