We hereby open our irrevocable Standby letter of Credit number_____________________ in favour of______________________________(beneficiary / Supplier full name and address) for account of ____________ (importer / buyer full name and address) covering their obligations for the contract __________ of___________________for an amount (currency and amount)(maximum/tolerance if any, ecc.ecc.), and available by (payment/deferred payment/negotiation or acceptance) at the counters of (the confirming bank/advising bank orour counters), against presentation of the following
documents:

1) Beneficiarys statement signed by an authorized officer
stating :

We (seller/beneficiary) hereby certify that(applicant/buyer) has failed to payment the invoice/s number/s due as per their contract terms and therefore the amount of________ is due and covered by the Standby Letter of Credit number ______________.


2)Copy/Photocopy of the unpaid Invoice
3) Copy/Photocopy of Transport Document (only for goods suppliance apply)

The signatures of beneficiary statement must be duly authenticated by the “la Caixa”(CAIXESBB) and payments against this Standby will be effected against their swift message sent to us confirming that documents required are being sent in full compliance ,and as per theirreimbursement instructions non later than 3 days after that swift message.
