PROJECT BASED LEARNING
TOPIC FRUITS
THE FINAL GOAL IS TO MAKE A COLLAGE APPLYING ALL THE FRUITS THAT WE WILL LEARN DURING THIS MICRO TEACHING OR FRUIT SALAD
The six steps are:

1.Introduction on the subject: Motivation
2. Research
3. Initial production
4. Review of teacher
5. Correction
6. Final production or production of students

1. Introduction on the subject: throughthe game called hot potato(tingo, tingo tango in spanish). the students will speak about their likes and dislikes about fruits.
the teacher gives to the students a ball made of pieces of paper, thenthe first student toss the ball to another student, and when the teacher starts singing hot potato many times and suddenly says pum, the student with the ball speaks about his or her favorite fruit.For example I Iike apples,oranges and bananas. the goal of game is to make the students more confortable with their speaking and at the same time make a review about other topics as shapes and colors.2. Research: the students will find out about the different kind of shapes and colors that all the fruits have. for example, apples are round, bananas are yellow.

3. Initial production.Students take magazines or figures which are observed fruits. They may form a collage or paintings and will select colors, shapes and flavors.

4. Review of teaching. My focus as a teacher is toreinforce pronunciation so I will take flash cards, handsheets and mazes to make the class more attractive.
5. Correction: I will bring a video called the fruits song and the students willreinforce all the topics that we have seen along the activity. I will check pronunciation, speaking and also listening.
6. Production students or final. Students will make a collage with allthe fruits that we have learned in this microteaching but the condition is just use fruits that have the same color, shape or taste, can also be a fruit salad
